I used to be very anxious about the gym - Neil guided me step by step and helped me gain the confidence to go myself. 2 years in and I'm the strongest I've ever been. I might not like every session but I DEFINITELY like the results!

What happens after I complete the consultation form?- First, we will have a quick 10-15 min call to establish the best training option for you. - Secondly, we will complete a movement assessment, this establishes your starting point and highlights any limitations that need planning for. - Lastly, depending on your training needs and goals we will complete our first session.
-
How long before I see results? Most clients see progress after just 3-4 weeks depending on the frequency of training. How long it'll take to achieve your desired goal, really depends on what your goal is. I'll do everything in my power to help you achieve your goal as quickly as possible.
-
How do you help with my nutrition? We do a 9 day recall log to start to get a sense of what your current eating looks like. Off the back of that we work collaboratively to make adjustments in line with you goal. I do not offer meal plans, I believe you should only get that from a registered dietician with your blood work to support it.
-
What happens during the personal training sessions?Sessions are typically 60 minute and the contents will be completely dependant on you and your goal. Often sessions will have resistance training which can be anything from bodyweight to external weights such as dumbbells and barbells. Everything will be picked for a reason to aid you in achieving your goal.
-
How do you communicate with me?After our initial phone/zoom call, Email mostly but also instant messaging e.g WhatsApp, Text message etc.
-
Do I need to be fit to have a personal trainer? No! Maximise your progress by having a coach ensure you're doing the right thing from the start.
-
Do I need to have a gym membership?Nope, I will always work to give you results with what you have access to, in-person sessions are completed in a well equipped private gym space. Depending on your goal it may assist with your speed of progress but is by no means essential.
